Garth in an earlier publication of the Pioli Papers you circled this game 
as a game that might benchmark our season.....

"We are Men with Brooms who have yet to play the Chicks with Sticks. I am 
sure that day will come and we will again be walking funny the next day. 
Let's not give up hope"

Well Garth that day came and we got slaughtered.

Unlike last week when we missed alot of shots but  won, this game we made 
shots but lost. 
For every end we won we would pick up a point,  for every end they won 
they would get 3 for the mathematically challenged that is something 
like 4 X 3 = 12 and 3 X 1 = 3, that's right 7 ends.

Garth we did not quit, the game was closer than the score indicated, it 
was so close that the
other team had to converse approx 8 minutes  for each shot they took.

The game saw the return of George "Gunner" Jensen who had an excellent 
game and the front end didn't miss a beat.

About the vice and skip,  Bruce saw the return of his clutch draw weight 
and Mauro's draw weight wasn't bad either
Our skip had trouble with his take outs after a few misses, 2 in one end 
ouch,  we told him to picture his managers face on the other rocks and let it go 
after this the weight was heavier and the rocks were being hit. 

See you at 9:00 next week...Bruce , Mike, and Mark will not be there bring 
your 'A' game.
