You are exaggerating slightly. 
Condo was only worth $285,000.00 at time of purchase.Present value approx. 345,000.00 
"doesn't cut grass"-have you never seen Garth golf???!!! 
2 weeks in Dominican Republic all inclusive - does not include travel time. 
As we have recently purchased "Red Balls" for the Jump Start program,I suggest Blue Balls for Garth. 
As always the team will pick up the slack.

Update: 
Garth just dropped his car off at Niagara Battery and Tire 
to get new tire on his luxury Toyota, they had to order special tire from Japan 

Breakfast 
Promptly went to Tim Hortons across the street and pan handled for 1 dollar to buy small coffee. 
Quote "I order my coffee and found out I didn't have a penny in my pocket" 

Relief effort update: I have asked the cafeteria to donate instant coffee and creamers so 
he can make it through the weekend.
